CAREER<\/h2>\n

After completing my vocational training as a Certified Assistant for Foreign Languages (staatlich gepr\u00fcfte kaufm\u00e4nnische Assistentin Fremdsprachen), I worked as a personal assistant in various companies from 1997 to 2017. …<\/span>One of these companies was BP Europa SE, where I was the PA to the Marketing Manager from 2001 to 2007. During this period, I gathered valuable experience in marketing and public relations before being promoted to executive assistant in 2008. In this role, I translated German presentations, publications and speeches for my English-speaking executive.

In parallel, I worked as a part-time freelance translator, translating anything from recipes and websites for young companies to publications and lectures in the field of media studies. In 2015, I made things official and became a certified translator for English and German.

In 2018, after 20 years in the economic sector, I decided to take my career in a new direction and joined Intermundos GmbH in Bochum as a translator. In March 2019, I left the company to work as a full-time freelancer. I was authorised by Hamm Higher Regional Court in July 2019.
